I know biological explanations are more PC but is its really so wrong to think that...?

...maybe straight men have Oedipus complexes,

straight women have Electra complexes

gay men have Ganymede/Narcissus complexes

and lesbians, bis, and pansexuals are just stuck on "default" (with different levels of tolerance for Y chromosome linked mutations like hairy chests and tripedalism?)

I know biological explanations are more PC but is its really so wrong to think that...?
It's possible. I think it's most likely some people are gay for biological reasons and some for psychological or emotional reasons. Human sexuality and behaviour is so complex that it would be affected by many things, and saying homosexuality is caused by just one thing sounds kinda stupid.

I don't think the REASON a person is gay should matter. Whether they were born that way, changed after a bad relationship, or just sat down as a teenager and consciously tried to think what would plss off their parents the most, they have a right to have relationships with whoever they want. I'm a lesbian and I don't care why. I don't think it matters. I know I like women and that when I get married and have a family it will be with another woman. Why I want that isn't important.

The laws need to be changed to allow for the diversity in people, and to stop treating natural things as unnatural.
Reply:Is it so wrong? Look, this is America and you can think what you want. While I wholeheartedly believe that biological explanations are not just PC but true, you are totally allowed to believe whatever you want, no matter how untrue (or true) it is.

While thinking what you think about the origins of sexual orientation may not be considered PC, this is America and everyone has an equal right to be ignorant and proud of it, and shout it out on the internet or anywhere else.

Much like I'm doing now... :)
Reply:What is a "Ganymede/Narcissus complex"? Why would lesbians be "stuck on default" while gay men are not and what is "default"? Humans don't have three legs, so how can tripedalism occur?
Reply:What?? Maybe.
